Our Story
Realise Change was founded by Kathryn Andrews, a former corporate HR leader who saw firsthand how small, purpose-led businesses, especially those led by women, were often left behind by traditional consulting support.
With 15+ years in people, culture, and operations, Kathryn created Realise Change to fill that gap. Using the B Impact Framework as a foundation, she helps businesses embed purpose, align with B Corp standards, and lead with clarity and accountability.
